Rehabilitation of historic building Julià Canals Music School in Molins de Rei
Particularly interesting project from the get-go. It was a great challenge, as the building was listed as historic and in need of a major overhaul.
We carried out a study of its condition and planned for the needs the school itself had for each space.
We maintained its essence while renewing the schools’ footprint.
