Rehabilitation project of an old building Hotel Chic and Basic Madrid Atocha
Project where we had to solve divergent spaces for specific usages. The client asked us for open spaces, while maintaining privacy.
They didn't want a hotel with standard features, but preferred rather informal and concrete spaces.
The location was one of the key aspects of the project.
