Building refurbishment - Tourist flats MH Apartments Praga Central River

This project took place in Prague, Czechia. It was the first time we had ever worked the region. We were unsure of what to expect, in reference to the new building, the manufactures, or their working practices.

We were faced with restoring an entire structure, keeping with the building characteristics of the zone, and as per the needs of the clients and its usage: accordingly, touristic apartments.

Faced with a three-story building with generous attics, the space was immense. We had to build and distribute the various touristic apartments along the same features. It wasn’t an easy task, as the spaces varied depending on the viewpoint.

A specific space we thoroughly enjoyed restoring was the garrets, there we could allocate more apartments with specific features due to its characteristics.

This project was extremely interesting and creative from the outset.
