At times it’s easier to start from scratch
Rehabilitation always requires a starting point, but sometimes unforeseen events arise that have to be solved during the execution of the project.
Often when we refurbish homes or public spaces that are not newly built, we encounter myriad surprises right at in the execution phase. As the global project has yet to be started, we discover construction aspects that have already been carried out, which then need to be readjusted or redone. Sometimes we even find that we cannot generate new ideas unless we start from scratch.
